Upcoming construction of a detached villa  on a hill in  Las Rotas in Dénia, between Las Rotas beach and the Montgó. The house has 2 floors and 360º panoramic views of the sea. The detached 4bedroom house is located  in a natural environment, seeking the relationship with its landscape through its own materiality. A housing concept that revolves around modernity but from its relationship with the Mediterranean landscape and with this way of understanding life, from simplicity and the combination of natural elements. At the foot of the Montgó massif and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is this house on a plot of 1356 m2.

The aquitectonic project has selected  natural materials that blend into the environment, seeking balance with the landscape that surrounds it, characterised by the confluence between the Mediterranean Sea and the Montgó.

The house is developed on two floors, articulating and differentiating the day area, more public, from the night area. Each bedroom has been thought out in detail to guarantee privacy and comfort, all with a more reserved outdoor space. Outside, a shaded terrace is proposed around the perimeter of the house to open the interior to the garden of the house. Pool, barbecue and chillout areas are also proposed to maximize the outdoor experience.

A day area closely related to the garden as an extension of the house itself and has a space without borders between the different rooms of the house to be able to enjoy the outdoor space from all rooms.
